Refunds

There is a 14 day window for all packages, since skincare is a personal care product, anything that is opened cannot be sold for hygiene reasons, packages that are unopened and sealed will be inspected and issued a refund of store credit or a replacement. Buyer pays for shipping, if at anytime package arrives broken or wrong product is sent a full store credit or replacement will be issued with proof submitted such as a picture or video.
